- - - Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (AMD), Ahmedabad: Located about 60–65 km from Nadiad (the district headquarters) and around 45 km from Kheda town. It offers the highest frequency of domestic and international flights.
    - Vadodara Airport (BDQ): Located about 60–65 km south of Nadiad, offering regular domestic connectivity to major Indian cities.
    - From either airport, taxis, app-based cabs, and intercity buses run directly into Kheda district.

Nadiad Junction (ND): The district’s primary railway station and a major stop on the Mumbai–Ahmedabad Western Railway main line. Nearly all major express, superfast, and Vande Bharat trains running between Mumbai, Vadodara, and Ahmedabad stop here.
Mahemdavad Kheda Road (MHD): The closest railhead to Kheda town proper (~18 km away), served frequently by regional passenger and express trains.
Other Local Stations: Dakor (DK) and Kapadvanj (KVNJ) connect branch lines within the district.

Kheda has high-speed highway connectivity:

National Expressway 1 (NE-1 / Ahmedabad–Vadodara Expressway): Crosses directly through the district with key exits serving Nadiad and surrounding areas.
National Highway 48 (NH-48 / Old NH-8): Connects Ahmedabad to Mumbai, passing through Kheda town, Nadiad, and surrounding talukas.
State Buses (GSRTC): Frequent express, Gurjarnagri, and AC Volvo buses operate 24/7 between Ahmedabad (Geeta Mandir / Krishnanagar), Vadodara, Anand, and Nadiad/Kheda.
