Priority Allotment: Rooms are allocated on priority to on-duty government officials, constitutional dignitaries, state election observers, and judicial officers.

General / Public Allotment: Subject to room availability, non-official travelers and private citizens can be accommodated at standard non-official government tariff rates.

Nadiad Circuit House / Suite Rooms: Advance reservation permissions are processed through the Resident Additional Collector (RAC) / Collector Office, Kheda (Nadiad) or the Executive Engineer, Roads & Buildings (State) Division, Nadiad.

Taluka Rest Houses: Advance permissions can be handled locally via the respective Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B Sub-Division) office or directly through the rest house caretaker.
