How to Reach

By Air

The nearest airport to reach the district is Vadodara which is situated at a distance of about 61 KM from Nadiad City. Ahmedabad is another higher frequency airport to reach the district which is situated at a distance of about 67 KM from Nadiad City. Ahmedabad airport is well known as Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport. A number of domestic as well as international flights are available from here.

By Train

Nadiad is a city and an administrative centre of the Kheda district. Nadiad Junction railway station is the main railway station in the district. Kheda district is well connected with other parts of the country by railway network. There is broad gauge rail route that connects the district to Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

By Road

Kheda district is well connected to the major nearby cities like Ahmedabad, Anand, and Vadodara. National Highways NH-8, NH-59, NH-228 (Ahmedabad-Dandi route: Dandi heritage route), & NE-1 (Ahmedabad-Vadodara Expressway) passes through the district. State Highways numbered 2,3,12,16,59,60,63,83,89, 139,140,141,144,149, 150,151,188,210 of total length in the district approximately 500 KM also passes through the district. Buses run by GSRTC can be availed to reach the main places of the district.
